Lovers In Paris

I think I was in college when a dubbed version of Lovers In Paris was shown in the country. I was not able to watch it continuously but with the few episodes I have watched I fell in love with it. The story line, the setting and soundtrack it was pretty amazing.

I managed to secure a copy of the entire series and have watched it over and over ... this is probably the second Asian TV series I fell in love next to Meteor Garden.

I managed to get a hold of the copy of this TV series and its such a shame that they did not continue making more seasons for it. I sure love it ... and the songs on each episode is pretty awesome too. Anyways on one of the episodes the song "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of These)" by Marilyn Manson is pretty amazing. I Want To Be The One by Christian Bautista

I heard this song while watching The Cutting Edge 4: Fire and Ice, this song was one of the many songs played in the movie and according to the credits it was originally sang by Christian Baustista but on the movie it was performed by Alex Seier. If you ask me which version I like the most, I cannot choose. Christian is a balladeer and his voice with this song makes it an utterly romantic song. While Alex has the voice of rock star and its like comparing what David Cook has done with Mariah's Always Be My Baby. Oh well ... let's listen to Christian Bautista now shall we?

Bingo [1991] Movie

I saw this movie first on one of the film showings back during my elementary days, if am not mistaken I was 9 years old when we had this film showing. Back in my old school, every month each class would have a film showing and one of the movies I cannot seem to forget is the movie about a circus dog named, Bingo.

I managed to get a hold of a DVD copy of this movie and I just finished watching it for the nth time. The colie on this movie is just so so cute and I adore him. He is also very smart and friendly. Back when I was 9 right after this movie was shown, I kept singing B-I-N-G-O and Bingo was his name Oh .... for like a week. lol I had wanted a dog since then but due to my asthma, mom never allowed it. So all I could is adore them from afar.

I have fallen in love with this song when I was in my freshman year, high school. I find the song rather romantic and hoped that someday somewhere in time, I would have my own "Angel". Yakitate!! Japan, Merry Go Round by Mai Hoshimura

Vol. 5-Yakitate!! Japan: Yakitate 9

I have been very fascinated with this anime and the next time I go to Singapore I will surely buy the complete manga set. Hehehe I have been collection manga sets of my favorite series and Yakitate!! Japan is one of them. One of the things that make this anime great is its awesome soundtrack, one of my favorites is "Merry Go Round" by Mai Hoshimura. Let's watch the video below:
